Gift Vouchers Available
LUMA Skin Therapies gift vouchers are the perfect way to treat someone to a little time for themselves.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific treatment or monetary value and are subject to the following terms:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers must be presented or quoted at the time of booking.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If a treatment price has increased since the voucher was purchased, the recipient may be required to pay the difference.
- Vouchers for a specific treatment may be used towards an alternative treatment of equal or greater value, with any difference payable at the time of the appointment.
- LUMA Skin Therapies' usual cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the voucher being partially or fully redeemed.
- Lost or stolen vouchers can only be replaced where proof of purchase can be provided.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
- Please ensure your voucher is redeemed before its expiry date. If you have any questions about choosing a treatment or using a gift voucher, please get in touch.
Fees and payment options
My fees are either payable in advance as part of a treatment package, or in full at the time of a single treatment.
Forms of payments accepted: cash, card.
If you have private medical insurance you may be able to claim back the cost of your treatments. Please check with your provider beforehand.
I can provide you with an invoice with my AoR number which will be accepted by most insurance companies.
Deposits
I request a deposit which is 20% of the treatment cost at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments made under this deposit scheme are able to be rescheduled or refunded with more than 24 hour notice.
With less than 24 hours notice the deposit will be withheld.
Please note: deposits are only deemed non returnable if there have been expenses incurred and to cover actual losses.
Cancellation policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As you are aware my business is dependent on the number of clients I can see in my working hours.
Therefore, if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me the option to re book the time slot with someone on my waiting list.
Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fair-use fee of 50% of my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.
No show appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
