Welcome, I’m Fiona Mackenzie, a Reflexologist and Holistic Facial Massage Therapist based in Ascot, Berkshire.
I work from a peaceful and beautifully appointed treatment room in Sunningdale Park, conveniently located near Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Egham, Windsor, Bracknell, and Wokingham.
My journey into holistic therapies began during my years as a long-haul cabin crew member. After lengthy flights, I discovered the restorative power of reflexology which was an incredible remedy for jet lag and fatigue. I was instantly hooked!
Driven by that passion, I decided to train and qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology. I went on to study Advanced Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift with award-winning reflexologist Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.
My practice has since evolved to include Advanced Facial Massage, blending Eastern European lifting techniques with deep remodelling as well as Buccal Massage (Intra-Oral Massage). Buccal massage offers powerful relief for TMJ and teeth grinding. I have many clients who are successfully seeing a reduction in their symptoms since discovering Buccal Massage. Luxury Bespoke Facials are now available to combat your skin concerns using amazing products like the medical grade Alumier MD and BIOEFFECT. I also offer Brazilian Body Sculpting (Maderotherapy), all designed to work in harmony with your body’s natural rhythms.
The results I witness from these natural treatments continue to inspire me. They help reset the nervous system, recharge your skin as well as your soul and bring you back to balance.
Whether you are looking for support in reducing your day-to-day stress levels, looking to naturally enhance your skin the holistic way or would just like a little "me" time, my aim is to get you feeling happier, healthier and energised with specially-tailored Holistic treatments.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.
I’d advise waiting for 3 weeks to have Facial Reflexology and 6 weeks for all other facial treatments.
Health requests of my clients are as follows:
As a touch therapist I choose to only treat females unless a male is referred by a current client. It is permissible under Section 35 Subsection 2 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, for treatments where physical contact is involved, for a therapist to choose to treat only clients of the same sex.
Prior to your first appointment I will ask you to fill out an in-depth consultation form which includes your expectations and what you would like to achieve from your treatment.
Having the form filled out before your appointment allows more time for the treatment on the day.
However, if you would like to go through it at the appointment, I will allow some extra time. It can also be completed over the phone.
To feel the full benefits I do recommend having a course of treatments, usually weekly or fortnightly for 4-6 weeks.
Regular weekly treatments are best for the body properly beginning the self-healing process. After an initial course of treatment many people choose to check in monthly for a top-up to help maintain their general wellbeing, or as a scheduled 'de-stress'.
Reflexology is performed entirely on the feet, ankles, hands or face so the most you’ll have to do is take off your socks and roll up your trousers! Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift are also non invasive and all that needs to be removed is jewellery from the neck and ears. During the treatment the client lies on their back on a reclining chair, supported by pillows and covered with a soft blanket to keep them warm.
You might find some areas feel sensitive to the touch, but Reflexology does not involve hard pressing in the way something like a sports massage might.
As a therapist I will be aware of the status of your feet, noticing how they feel, the temperature and colour. All these things play a part in understanding which areas of your body - as reflected through your feet - require a bit more care and attention.
